The Other Three Billion

As the first post, I wanted to link to a few of the ICT4D Projects that are ramping up in the Pacific.

The O3B Network, plans to provide low latency satellite services around the equator using low orbit satellites and a pair tracking dishes on the ground.

This network will allow for low cost, low latency internet services to Telecommunications and Internet providers in the developing world.
